Lyre’s non-alcoholic spirits have been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of their alcoholic counterparts. Whether you are looking for a Gin, Malt or even Absinthe! Lyre’s just don’t mimic, they have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage option. Their use is endless and you can really truly create some magical non-alc concoctions: such as Fegroni; Foulvardier, Fol Fashioned, Fanhattan, Fartini*…

*(marketing still unsure about the names)

Absinthe

To Taste: Anise and aromatic to taste. Fresh. Distinct flavors of verbena, anise, fine herbs with a touch of sweetness to give it balance and length. No examples of hallucinogenic symptoms.

How To Enjoy: As a classic cocktail rinse. A more refreshing option uses Absinthe and soda for a perfect aperitif adding a wedge of lemon, basil or even cucumber slice.

American Malt

To Taste: Generous flavours of vanilla and toasted nuts with herbal notes providing a complexity, offset by a long mellow finish. The gently spiced palate results in the flavours remaining well after finishing.

How To Enjoy: Enjoy with your favourite premium mixer such as cola. A natural for classic cocktails including the Old Fashioned or an excellent Boulevardier with Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso and  Lyre’s Italian Orange.

London Dry Spirit

To Taste: Firm flavours with juniper and citrus. Earthy notes fill the mid-palate which has lovely vinous qualities. The pepperberry adds warmth and delivers a generous, dry finish.

How To Enjoy: As a classic Gin and Tonic with premium tonic water. Add a slice of pink grapefruit and rosemary to garnish. Or mix with Lyre’s Italian Orange, citrus, mint and Mediterranean tonic water for the Lyre’s Pink Gin Fizz.

Orange Sec

To Taste: The balance between the freshness of orange and its natural sweetness fills the palate with wonderful aromatics delivering a generous soft finish. A very appealing liqueur with a distinctive flavour.

How To Enjoy: Cocktails with Lyre’s Orange Sec are made easy when matching with other Lyre’s spirits. Classics such as the elegant White Lady, the Bianco Spritz or even a Lyre’s Mai Tai.

Italian Orange

To Taste: Rich mouthful of flavours with blood orange and red citrus taking the lead. Maraschino brings balance, adding to the generosity on the mid-palate, giving length of flavour followed by a persistent, pithy dryness.

How To Enjoy: As a classic Italian aperitif with various citrus, soda or tonic water for the ultimate spritz. For a sophisticated classic, mix with Lyre’s Dry London Spirit and Aperitif Rosso to make a perfect Lyre’s Negroni. (Fegroni trademarked by Decanters)

Aperitif Rosso

To Taste: Rich mouthful of flavours follows the bouquet with blood orange and vanilla taking the lead. Caramel, citrus pith and cacoa brings balance, adding to the mouth coating mid-palate.

How To Enjoy: Add premium tonic water to Lyre’s Italian Orange and Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso and you have a delicious Americano. If you’re out to impress, stir over ice with Lyre’s American Malt and a dash of bitters for a delicious Lyre’s Manhattan.

Aperitif Dry

To Taste: Dry and aromatic to taste. Distinct flavours of citrus, anise, fine herbs with a touch of saline to give it balance and length.

How To Enjoy: As the delicious Bianco Spritz with Lyre’s Orange Sec and Mediterranean tonic water for a perfect aperitif adding lemon, cucumber and mint to garnish. For elegant sophistication, mix with Lyre’s Dry London Spirit to make a perfect Lyre’s Classic Martini.

Amaretti

To Taste: Totally almond on the palate and tangy with spice to keep the nutty and candied vanilla flavours to a delicious medium-sweet. Sugar levels are beautifully balanced by the slight bitterness that almonds naturally have. The finish is long and generous.

How To Enjoy: As a classic liqueur digestive on ice or shake with fresh lemon and bitters to make an Amaretto Sour. Try over your favourite ice-cream with a shot of espresso for the ultimate Lyre’s Affogato.

White Cane Spirit

To Taste: Generous flavours with oak and sugar cane providing the perfect platform for the marzipan, orange and coconut flavours to shine through. A little peppery finish dries the palate without overwhelming it.

How To Enjoy: As a classic mixer option, or mix with fresh lime, mint and a dash of soda water for a Lyre’s Mojito. For the more adventurous, shake Lyre’s White Cane with fresh lime to create a Lyre’s Classic Daiquiri.

Dark Cane Spirit

To Taste: Full-flavoured with notes of caramel, fudge, fig, toasted nuts are enhanced by a long finish featuring maple and vanilla. Seductive and elegant.

How To Enjoy: Enjoy with your favourite premium mixer. Or simply match with premium ginger beer, vanilla and fresh lime for the ultimate Dark ’n’ Spicy. Or shake it up with Lyre’s White Cane, Lyre’s Orange Sec, almond and fresh lime for a guilt free Lyre’s Mai Tai.

Spiced Cane Spirit

To Taste: Full-flavoured on the palate with high notes of caramel, molasses and toasted nuts. It’s enhanced by a generous finish featuring classic, spiced vanilla.
